Our take
This little gadget is clever in theory, but execution is mixed. The handle itself is lightweight and compact, making it easy to store. However, attaching it to dumbbells can be fiddly; it didn't fit all my dumbbell handles securely. Once on, it works okay for swings and goblet squats, but the grip can slip during dynamic movements. For the price, it's a cheap way to test if you like kettlebell training, but don't expect it to replace a real kettlebell.
